archivesChoose Church Based On Its Practice, Not Its SizeSomeone will say, “I won’t go to that church because they are small and meet in a small building.” What would that person say, if someone from a bigger church with a bigger building, said the same to them. A person from a 100-member church may not want to visit a church with only 35 members, and that is wrong. But at the same time, what would that person do, if a person from a 500-member church looked down on their church with only 100 members? Churches should not be chosen because of where they meet and how many people go there. Churches should be chosen because they teach and live the truth (2 Timothy 4:1-5). Keep in mind that Noah had only eight people in the Ark and everyone else drowned (2 Peter 2:4-5). Jesus said two or three meeting in his name will be acceptable (Matthew 18:20). Jesus also said that the road to Hell will be travelled by many (Matt. 7:13-15). Hope to hear from you or see you at the services. ( categories: Words of the Week )

Scripture of the WeekAnd likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
