Satan has the strongest grip that ever existed. He keeps men enslaved in sin and clouds the mind so that people don’t realize the eternal danger they are in (2 Corinthians 4:3-4). And finally, they die and once that has ocurred, man is set for hell and Satan gains another poor soul (John 8:21; Matthew 25.46).
But it doesn’t have to be that way. The first thing one must do is admit being in the grip of Satan. The second, turn to Christ because He is the only one that can free man from the grip of the Devil. Third, accept whatever Jesus teaches in order to stay clear of Satan so that one doesn’t become entangled again (Matt. 10:28-30; John 10:10; Titus 3:3-8; John 16.33; 1 John 2:13-14; Revelation 2:26; James 5:19-20; 2 Timothy 2:24-26).
God’s word is a map, one cannot come to the purpose of life without it. But obeying the word takes one out of the world and into Christ (Colossians 1:13; John 10:5).
Hope to hear from you or see you at the services.
