Homophobic

2/23/2020

The word "homophobic" was created to scare people away from speaking out about violations in God?s pattern for the subjects of marriage.

These advocates figure that since people don?t like to be labeled, they will shy away and the movement to redefine marriage can go on without interruption. But they are wrong. Defenders of truth have been called names for centuries and it sure isn?t going to stop anytime soon. 1 Pt 4.4

God created marriage and placed the subjects in it Himself. One subject He said is a man and the other a woman. Gen 1.26-31. Gen 2:18-25.

He has never changed the subjects. However, man, guided by Hollywood and other far out thinking has decided that they will change what God has ordained. Matt 19.4-6. Sad thing is, many are following this false doctrine and will lose their soul as result. 2 Peter 2.1-3. Psa 9.17

My closing statement to all people is to quit listening to man. Read the word of God and learn what He has said to us.

He Did Not Know that Jehovah Had Departed from Him

2/16/2020

By Bryan Matthew Dockens of Las Vegas, Nevada
Samson was a man in whom the Holy Spirit was active (Judges13:25). On three occasions, inspiration reveals that "'the Spirit of Jehovah came mightily upon him": once when he tore a lion apart with his bare hands (14:6), another time when he slew thirty men (14:19), and finally when he broke free from the ropes that fettered him (15:14). He would eventually be lauded as a hero of faith (Hebrews 11:32).

Yet, he surrendered to the wiles of Delilah and revealed the secret to his power (16:16-17). She acted on that information "and his strength left him" (16:19), "but he did not know that Jehovah had left him" (16:20).

God does give up on people who prefer sin (Acts 7:42; Romans 1:24-26), and allows those who once enjoyed His favor to suffer alienation (Acts 8:13-24; Hebrews 10:26-31; 2nd Peter 2:20-22). When apostates stray toward death (James 5:19-20), they are usually, like Samson, unaware of their godless condition, having been deceived by the lies of the Devil (John 8:44). The only thing worse than being without God is not knowing it.

In a Class All by Himself

2/9/2020

Jesus Christ is the Son of Almighty God. Matt 14:33. Matt 16:16. Matt 27:54. It is pointless to look elsewhere for salvation because He is the One whom the old testament scriptures foretold as the Messiah. John 1:29-30. John 3:2. John 6:14. John 8:23-25. 1 Tim 1:15. Acts 4:12. He and the Father are one in purpose and equal in the Godhead. John 5:18. John 8:58. John 10:30-39. Col 2:9. John 6:38. John 8:29. Presently, Jesus is sitting at the right hand of the Father, ruling over His Kingdom (the church) and will do so until He returns to judge the world on the last day. Col 3:1. Acts 17:31. John 12:48. John 5:22. 2 Tim 4:2. In order to die for our sins, Jesus left heaven and came to earth in a body of flesh and lived among men. John 1:1-18. Heb 10:5. Phil 2:5-11. Yes, Deity living among man with all divine attributes. Isa 7:14. Isa 9:6. Mic 5:2-3. Jesus was more than a man and often said so. Matt 12:6-8. Matt 11:3-6. Matt 9:2-7. John 5:37-46. John 8:23-24. John 6:35-65. Not just a great teacher or prophet; but the One before all things! The great eternal God of heaven and earth; the Alpha and Omega! John 20:28. John 1:1. John 17:5 John 17:24. Col 1:13-19. Rev 1:5-8.

Just Mowing Them Down

2/2/2020

There are too many people getting run over by cars. The attitude of "me, me, me," fuels aggressive driving. For example, a narrow residential street with double parking on both sides will have drivers flying down the street at speeds which make it hard to stop if a child casing a ball runs out or a car door opens for another driver to get out.

At the speed being travel, the aggressive driver will hit the kid or take off the door of the parked driver. A person crossing the street or entering the intersection at a green light takes his life into his own hands because many have been hit by aggressive drivers in a hurry to get to where they want to be. At intersections, people with the green light have been clobbered by others with the red light, who still try to get through the intersection.

And nothing is off limits, not even children getting off school buses!

Solution? People need to slow down, chill out and stop all the aggression. People need to show consideration for others on the road. People need to drive in such a way that they will be physically and mentality able to stop quickly.

The road speaks to drivers with signs and people need to obey those signs.

Finally, drivers need to read this scripture before hitting the road. Philippians 2:4 "not only looking out for your own interests, but also the interests of the others."
