Tax season is now upon us and though we may not want to, we must pay our tax bill.  
Don't get me wrong, many taxes are not fair.  The rich don't pay much tax and the
middle-class and the poor people pay all the tax.  

A huge company can make millions and possibly pay only a few thousands. But a middle-class
person making $50,000 a year can be put in jail for not paying $6000 in taxes. 

See what I mean, it's not fair, but we will let God judge the government. Jesus probably
didn’t agree with the Roman tax system, but He did pay taxes.   Peter was told to catch a fish
and look in its mouth and find money. Matt 27.24-27.   Jesus didn’t want to offend, so he
paid his taxes.

A war monger

​“ Their throat is an open grave, with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:  Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood:  Destruction and misery are in their ways:  And the way of peace have they not known: There is no fear of God before their eyes.”   Romans 3.13-18

I want you to think very hard for a moment.  Does this scripture remind you of anything happening in the world today?   Have you seen the conduct described carried out any place in the world today?    
If so, you have watched the wicked at work.
