“Listen to what the parable of the sower means: When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand, the devil comes and snatches away what was sown in their heart. This is the seed sown along the path. The seed falling on rocky ground refers to someone who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful. But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.” Matt 13.18-23

Being a good neighbor is important, because one never knows what may happen.
Getting in trouble is a serious problem and that is the number one reason everyone needs to know the neighbors. If there is a matter of life or death, the neighbors having your back is vital. Many have said they don’t need them, just call the relatives. How far away are those family members? If it takes family members 20 minutes to arrive and the neighbor can be there in 30 seconds, how is calling the family the best option? Don’t make enemies of the neighbors. You will need them. Matt 22.39. Gal 5.14. Rom 13.9-10. Time waits for no one. Eccl 1:5. Just think for a moment. One year ago, you were a year younger,
which means you are now a year older. Gen 47:8-10. Five years ago, there were people you knew that were alive, but now five years later; they are dead. Eccl 1:4. This cycle of aging and dying doesn’t go away, it just keeps on claiming more victims, for none are safe from the grasp of mortality. Heb 9.27 Which brings me to the question of preparation. Man must get ready! Far too many aren’t ready. Luke 13:24-30. Matthew 25:1-30. The emperor Felix was such, he listened to Paul teach about Christian living and the coming Judgment and he became afraid because he knew he wasn’t ready. However, he did what we hope you don’t; he did nothing! The question, “what must I do to be saved?” mention in Acts 2:37. Acts 9:6. Acts 16:30. If you read the scriptures, you will see people accepted the message of the gospel and were baptized for the forgiveness of sins, afterwards walking with the Lord. Rev 2:10. You can too and we want to help you understand what the word of God teaches so you can be saved. In 1 Corinthians 4.6, the Bible teaches we shouldn’t think of men beyond what the Bible reveals. In other words, don't make men out to be something that they aren’t.
A good example can be found in Acts 12. 21-23, where we see Herod dressed in his fancy clothes and giving a speech so inspiring; that people said “this isn’t the voice of a man, but a god!” Because the people said that, the Lord got angry and struck Herod in the presence of everyone. The man was eaten by parasites and died. God did that to show people not to place men in God mode. I see this happening today in politics. People will back a candidate and they will obey whatever he says. They will defend him in whatever he does; and never say he is wrong. The people become everlasting “yes men”. And even after seeing outlandish condemning behavior form the politician. This is absurd! It’s a crying shame! Politicians are men who do wrong. They are also men who do right. We need to condemn politicians when wrong and we need to praise them when right. Now it came to pass on a certain day, that he went into a ship with his disciples: and he said unto them, Let us go over unto the other side of the lake. And they launched forth. But as they sail he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy. And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm He said unto them, Where is your faith? And they were afraid and wondered, saying one to another. What manner of man is this! for he commands even the winds and water, and they obey him. Luke 8.22-25. This is the reason why men must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
