Concerning the church, you can read about in the Bible, its leadership is very simple. First, the headquarters is in heaven where Jesus is the head of the church; there is no man selected to serve in this office, this is a position that Jesus holds exclusively. Eph 1.20-23. Eph 5.23. Col 1.18.
On the local level the church has men who been selected to serve as bishops over the church in which they have been chosen. 1 Peter 5.1-4 There are men who are church servants known as deacons, they take care of various things which the elders deem necessary to keep the church functioning; they are not overseers they are servants. 1Tim 3.8-13 And there's the general membership; those who don’t serve in any of the capacities that we have just mentioned. Phil 1.1 And that's it; there's nothing else about the organization of the church that you can read about in the Bible. 1 Peter 4.11 If someone mentions other offices, you're listening to man-made doctrine. Mark 7.5-13
