Being a good neighbor is important, because one never knows what may happen.    
Getting in trouble is a serious problem and that is the number one reason everyone
needs to know the neighbors.   If there is a matter of life or death, the neighbors having
your back is vital.  Many have said they don’t need them, just call the relatives.   
 How far away are those family members?    If it takes family members 20 minutes
to arrive and the neighbor can be there in 30 seconds, how is calling the family the
​best option?    Don’t make enemies of the neighbors.  You will need them.
