Words of the Week

We are in the season of winter, and in the northeastern part of the country winter can be cold, very cold.  The summer all over the country is hot and it can be very hot in some places. Gen 8.22.
The same is true when considering the final state of man when he meets his Maker. The Lord has a place called Hell, awaiting some. It is hot, very hot.  Once a person ends up there, the mercy of God will be gone; for He will be like winter.  His feelings toward the inhabitants of Hell will be cold, very cold. John 8.21
Right now, is almost like heaven, but not quite. God's mercy is here and available to those who desire His word.  Now is the time for men to accept that word.  Hebrew 3.15
