Words of the week

​In the Washington DC area as well as in northeast Philadelphia, people were not safe last week from the unexpected. Two planes fell from the skies and people ended up being killed. Can you imagine if you were in the shower in Philadelphia and that plane fell out of the sky upon your house and the explosion rocked the whole block?  Bible teaches that life is as a vapor it is here one second and then it is gone the next. Jas 4.14.  The phrase, “you didn't see it coming” is the appropriate phrase for unexpected. The word of God teaches men to be prepared because this life is not permanent.  The mt airy church of Christ is ready to assist anyone who wants to prepare to meet God.
