Nations throughout the world are facing severe economical hardships. Foreclosures and unemployment appear to have no end in sight. So what are we to do? One thing we cannot do is give up hope because we must believe that things will get better.
Man needs to continue the search for a job and homes because once a person stops, all hope stops. The phrase, “keep hope alive” means that hope must be stimulated—it just doesn’t stay within man—but by believing in a better tomorrow, that hope keeps churning. Man must not be too proud to do what he may have never done before. For example, if working at Burger King was a no, no, man must be prepared to work there. In other words, the phrase “Ain’t too proud to beg” is the way to go. And last but not least, remember God. In the past, there has been too much emphasis on making money and none for the Lord, and that kind of conduct must change (Proverbs 1:20-33; Deuteronomy 28:1-68).
Hope to hear from you or see you at the services.
