Halloween is here again and for those who believe that Ghosts haunt the earth, their belief will become more intense.  But such ought not be the case, it’s just another holiday day where people dress in costumes and give candy. However, man needs guidance, something to show him direction and shine light on the issues which confront.  So that is where the Bible helps, and people can better themselves by having faith in the word. Heb 11:6. Psa 19:8-10. Mk 9:21-23.  Psa 119:105.  
The scriptures are God’s speech and He teaches that the dead don’t spook the living. 2 Tim 3:14-17. Eccl 9:4-6:10. Job 7:1-10. Job 10:18-22 . Psa 103:13-16. 2 Sam 12:22-23.     

At death the spirit of man is removed from earth and taken to Hades to waitJudgement. Jas 2:26.  Heb 9:27. Psa 90:10. Lk 24:5. Lk 22:42-43.  Acts 2:29-32.  Lk 16:19-31.   Ignorance of what the Bible teaches, has lead many to believe things; and a highly creative imagination has cause many to think they hear and see things.  Acts 17:22-27.       But if one believes the word of the Lord, he will be secure. Pro 1:29-33.  Psa 34:10.  1 Pt 2:2-6.     
 
 
                        

Prior to the fall of Jerusalem in AD 70, Jesus said that the people would hear rumors of wars and the actual existence of wars. Matthews 24.6. This was one of the signs, that the end for Jerusalem was approaching.
 
I suppose it was very hard for the people who lived back then to constantly see wars taking place or hear about other potential wars.   

Let us now focus on 2023.  We have two wars going on, One in Ukraine and the other in Israel,

 This concerns the whole world and certainly the faithful are looking at this and praying to God.
Let us not forget this is God's world, He is still in charge even though it may not seem so.
God can intervene anytime and ultimately He will.
 
This is a plea for the faithful to keep asking God to do something about the evil that is taking place on His earth.  We may not know how he's going to do it but he certainly is capable of doing whatever he wants. Prayer is the only thing that can get the faithful through these times. 
 
if you are not a person who believes in what the scriptures teach; you have no hope of anything.
It is best for you to develop an interest in God before it's too late.  John 8.21
 

There is Heaven and Hell.  You need to consider which will be yours for eternality. 
Acts 2:40. Mk 8:36-37. Jas 1:21. Jas 5:20. Heb 5:39.  You do have a soul. 
The soul is the real you and your body is only a shell or housing. Gen 2:7. 
Mat 10:28.
 
At death the body goes back to the dust and the soul  spirit) goes back to God
who gave it. Gen 3:19:23. Psa 103:13-16.  Eccl 3:19-23.  Eccl 12:7. 
 
After death the soul awaits the judgment in Hades (the unseen place) where
evil and good are separated by a great gulf. Lk 16:19-31. Jesus affirmed on the day
of his death He was taking a remorseful thief with Him to the paradise side of Hades.
Lk 23:43.  Acts 2:29-32.
 
Heaven is an eternal luxury beyond man's wildest dreams. Matt 7:21. John 14:1-3. 
Heb 4:9-11. 2 Pt 3:13. Rev 14:13. 
 
But Hell is worse than anything man can imagine. Hell is eternal fire reserved for those
who fail to obey God. Matt 13:37-50. Mk 9:43-50. 2 Thess 1:6-9. Matt 23:23. Matt 5:22. 2 Pt 2:4. 
 
It makes no difference if one believes or not.  Everyone will be brought to the realization
​ of Heaven and Hell.   Heb 9:27. Matt 25:31-46. 2 Cor 5:10
 
 
                              

I’m going to make this as plain as I can. What I’m about to say doesn't
require a lot of thinking or discernment. Listen everyone. Matt 11.15

Take care of your personal responsibility. If you have a job, go to work
and do your job.   Maybe you don't like everything about your job and
you don't have to. But if it is honest, it’s a job. It is providing money,
so do the best you can in that job until you can change it. Eph 4.28.
Acts 20.33-35

Another thing, be grateful.  Many people are in worst condition, so
remember that. Rise up against all things that are holding you down.  
Cast them off and reach for the sky. Heb 12.1
 
Pay your bills, take care of yourself, save some money, enjoy life with
the money. Eccl 8.15      But above all things, obey the gospel of Christ.

Man lives on God’s green earth and gets out of bed every day and goes about life enjoying the things that humans do.   Since man enjoys his time on earth; why not give some glory to God?    We all enjoy food, shelter, money, possessions, etc.  God has allowed us to be able to obtain such things.  It is only right that we acknowledge His goodness toward us.  Because if we don’t, we stand the chance of having God take some blessings away from us.
 
Maybe you are a person who have done deeds for the benefit of others; only to have them show no appreciation.  Feels pretty bad, doesn’t it?  Just imagine our Lord and how He must feel because of the unappreciation of man
 
Start showing appreciation for what the Lord has done in your life.  And remember, just because God might have done a good deal for you. His goodness toward man is no proof He is pleased with us.   God does good for people, simply because He can.
